Intermediate Dance Trapeze

Prerequisite Skills: Unassisted trapeze mount, pull-over mount, and invert from standing on the bar. Must be comfortable with single knee/arm hangs and back balances. You can ask the instructor if you are ready to move to this level. Ages 16 and up.
