Our circus fitness and flexibility classes are designed to be a fun way to get fit, in addition they are a great way to get an introduction to the world of circus arts. This class includes a cardio warm up, legs and hip stability, abs and shoulders with a focus on handstands.
Tamzen is a professional circus performer and dancer, she started her career as a gymnast competing at an International level, followed by a BA Hons degree at London Contemporary Dance School before moving into circus.
You will need: foam roller or yoga blocks or pile of book, stretchy band or pair of stretchy tights, a nice thick scarf.
