Our circus fitness and flexibility classes are designed to be a fun way to get fit, in addition they are a great way to get an introduction to the world of circus arts. This class includes a short cardio warm up followed by a variety of stretching exercises both static and active.
Tamzen is a professional circus performer and dancer, she started her career as a gymnast competing at an International level, followed by a BA Hons degree at London Contemporary Dance School before moving into circus.
You will need: stretchy band or stretchy tights, a lacrosse ball or similar.
