Join Rachel for Circus Fitness on Thursday, where we will be doing circuit training. You will be setting your own level of intensity for your body, and pushing yourself to your personal limits. It is important in these times of isolation to keep yourself fit, as exercise doesn’t only help you to reach your physical goals, it also contributes to positive mental health. I look forward to seeing you there!
Rachel is one of our very own foundation course graduates, specialising in hula-hooping and dance. She is currently studying dance at college and has successfully completed her qualifications in acting and performance. Rachel also has experience in physical theatre and clowning and has been working with children and young people with additional support needs for the last five years.
All of our classes are paid for by your donations, we are using this scheme to support independent artists and teachers during this time as they have had all other work cancelled. Please do attend the classes even if you cannot afford to donate right now, we know it’s hard right now for everyone. However if you can afford to donate more than the minimum, know you are helping keep artists fed and working.
100% of the weekly funds are divided between the teachers. We are recommending a minimum of £5/class or £25/week, more if you can afford it.
