This class is taught by Rebecca, she is a highly skilled aerial artist, coming from a professional dance background, with over 10 years experience coaching all ages in the air and on the floor.
This class includes: insane abs, upper body strength & stability, glutes strength and some grip training if people can bring a pole (can be a broom/wooden spoon) and string, plus filled water bottle.
