Silks (a.k.a. tissue, ribbon or fabric) is simply the most stunning, lyrical form of circus training. Hanging from two coloured fabric strips, you entwine your body in the material and then… the fun begins! Swinging, rolling, dropping and wrapping yourself with the silks you’ll create elegant, beautiful shapes and build a routine as you enhance your strength and fitness.
