This combination class focuses on both Acrobatics and Handstands. Develop core strength, balance, stamina and agility. This course is for all levels.
Using our air tumble track and trampette, skills learn’t include: handstands, cartwheels, backflips and somersaults. A significant portion of each class will be dedicated to mastering a handstand.
