Silks & Trapeze - Beginner / Improver (1h 30m)

Working with both Static Trapeze and Aerial Silks. Suitable for complete beginners and those with a little more experience in the air. The beginners group will focus on learning the very basics of aerial skills, while the second group will push their existing skill base.
