Aerial Fabric (Silks) - 102/3 - Intermediate

This 90 minute class will begin with a pilates inspired warm-up followed by specific aerial fabric conditioning drills. Students will have fun learning various locks, drops, slides and complex climbs. Learn to manipulate this simple apparatus to create work that is beautiful, powerful and dynamic. This mix-level class is geared for Aerial Fabric/Rope 102 students and beyond, where modifications or progressions will be offered for various levels. Prerequisites: Mastery of Foot Locks, Hip Keys, Knee Climbs & Single Star Drop. If you are new to us and would like to be cleared for this class please get in touch.
