This 60 Minute class introduces students to challenge their bodies by starting with a warm up of a variety of extreme stretching techniques before moving onto various skills of balance and control. Student's will gain greater mobility in their hips, back, legs and shoulders while at the same time gaining strength and stability in various flexibility positions.
This class is ideal for those who have comfort in all splits, back bends and for those more advanced students who want to supplement their training.
