This class is for Anybody with Any Body who would like to increase their flexibility and range of motion. Students will learn how to safely stretch their legs, hips, shoulders, and back while at the same time building strength and balance.
Class will utilize the wall and additional props such as blocks, foam rollers and bands to help target each exercise.
