This 60 minute class is for Anybody with Any Body looking to learn and master the basic fundamentals of balancing on their hands. Students will learn how to find their correct alignment, balance and control while in a handstand as well as build stamina.
Class progresses to learning various leg positions while being inverted and retaining control of their balance though movement. Additional conditioning drills give students the muscle control needed to sustain balance while inverted. A perfect class for beginners and beyond as students will use the wall to gain confidence and then slowly move away when they are ready for "free handstands".
