This 90-minute class builds on the strength and fundamental skills mastered in our Trapeze 102 class, and is for students looking to advance in their trick development. Class begins with an aerial pilates stretching warm up, progressing to strength conditioning on the bar, followed by various static and moving tricks both on the bar and in the ropes. This level of training is at the heart of becoming an aerialist as students learn to weave tricks into sequences that are unique to their bodies.
