In this 60-minute class students will progress their Trick training on the trapeze by utilizing the strength, inverted body awareness and terminology gained in our Aerial 101 class. Students are taught various beginning level tricks including how to utilize momentum on the bar. Emphasis will be on correct body alignment along with building more shoulder and core strength.
*Each student will warm up in their own marked off training space with ground conditioning props but time on Trapeze will be shared with 1 partner on rotation .*
Prerequisites: Graduation from our Aerial 101 classes or for those with previous Basic trapeze training including mastery of Front Balance, Rock & Roll, Mermaid Angel, Gazelle & Back Straddle.
