Contortion – Intermediate

This is a weekly contortion class for more experienced students who are already comfortable with the basics and want to progress to more advanced moves such as scorpion, needle, chest stand, inversion and others.
Requirements: please warm up prior to the class. It is advisable that you already have at least flat splits on the floor (better if you have overspills) and already started working on chest-stand. If you have doubts about your current level then please send me a message first.
Props (recommended): yoga blocks, stretch bands, ankle weights, yoga ball
