Join our resident flex-pert and newest instructor Kathryn for a weekly stretch session. This class will work through a full body stretch suitable for all abilities. Whether your goal is to touch your toes, work towards the splits, a bridge, or to fold yourself fully in half the key to stretching is PRACTICE. Give yourself a dedicated time each week to work towards your stretch goals with the help of a knowledgeable and experienced instructor.
