In this class we're focusing on the handstand alignment. Good alignment allows you to hold a handstand with less efforts and for longer. We will be looking at the different techniques and exercises to improve the alignment and increase the specific flexibility. No prior handstand experience required and different variations can be made based on the level of the students.
