Handstands help you build up upper body strength, core strength a well as improve your flexibility and tone the whole body.
This is a regular weekly class which starts with some warm up exercises followed by the drills focused on different aspect of handstands (building up upper body strength, opening shoulders, etc).
All levels are welcome and exercise are modified based on the level of the students.
