In this class we focus on exercises which improve specific flexibility required to achieve a good handstand alignment (hitting this perfect handstand line). Apart from being aesthetically pleasing, good alignment allows us to hold handstands with less energy and thus opening possibilities to do more complex transition and interesting tricks. No prior handstand experience required.
