Started Build on the basics learnt in Level 1, and start putting your technical skills into practice. You will further develop your fitness, body awareness and control, as well as your technique in order to enable you to link moves together, and work towards creating short sequences and routines.
As with Level 1, this is the first time that we have provided an Aerial Hoop course at Level 2. Once both courses have been established, qualifying participants will be signed-off for Level 2, having first progressed through Level 1, although the ability to be able to demonstrate previous Aerial Hoop experience (ideally for at least 6 months) would count towards being able to do Level 2.
The course would also be suitable for those with previous experience (again at least 6 months) in Static Trapeze, who want to apply their Static Trapeze technique to another aerial discipline. This would include those who have completed Level 2 Static Trapeze and been signed off by their teacher.
Once the teachers feel that the student is ready, they will be able to progress to Level 3.
