Ideal for complete beginners, participants will be introduced to the foundations of Chinese Pole. Expect to build on your strength through calisthenics and basic moves on the pole such as climbs, before progressing onto more advanced poses and tricks including resting positions, slides and drops. Participants should have a good level of overall fitness and upper body strength.
