Each class includes aerial hoop conditioning, technique and a ton of badass hoop tricks. The classes are progressive so each week you will learn a different set of moves. We recommend that you have at least some upper body strength before you start.
At Level Four the tricks will be of an advanced level and we encourage you to start working on a routine so that you blossom into an aerial dancer. With opportunities to perform in our student showcases if you wish.
