Each class includes aerial silks conditioning, technique and a ton of badass silk tricks. The classes are progressive so each week you will learn a different set of moves. We recommend that you have at least some upper body strength before you start.
At Level 2 we focus on building strength and stamina, as well as progressing your techniques and tricks.
NB: No sharing equipment or spotting due to Covid restrictions. Silks will be quarantined for 3 days after each usage.
