A yoga dance combo to find more freedom of movement within a yoga sequence, to help the body find release and to let go. We will be combining yoga postures with dance elements and using breath to find the flow. By the end of the class expect to be fully in your body and ready to dance!
Please note this is not a choreography class, it’s a yoga flow sequence with integrated dance transitions.
How to join:

- 1hr before the class you’ll receive the Zoom link via email
- Open Zoom link 15 mins before class starts
- Set up your practice with your device in front of your mat
