A dynamic yoga flow that targets all the right stretches for an aerialists needs, including splits, side splits and backbends. With breath work to deepen the postures.
All levels welcome as modifications / progressions will be given where appropriate.
It’s recommended to use a yoga mat but not essential. A bottle of water is handy so you can stay hydrated.
How to join:
- Book your space in the class (Message button)
- 1hr before the class you’ll receive the Zoom link via email
- Open Zoom link 15 mins before class starts
- Set up your practice with your device in front of your mat
