Static Trapeze and Aerial Hoop are very similar aerial disciplines. The first one features a stable bar suspended in the air by two ropes while the other provides you with a round metal frame.
Both are extremely effective at working out upper body and developing core body strength, and improve endurance and flexibility.
Our Trapeze and Aerial Hoop classes are suitable for both beginners and those who have experience and would like to improve their skills.
