Join us for an incredible handstands class, focused on nailing your full body strength in relation to handstands. Beginning with floor exercises focusing on handstand form and body placement, and moving into wall handstand exercises designed to give you the confidence to nail your handstand!
Classes are run on zoom so that you can receive personal feedback during the session, once you have booked a place, the meeting link and password will be sent to you on the day of the session.
