A floor-based, acrobatic skill, Acrobalance involves balancing in pairs and groups – creating shapes and building height.
Acrobalance involves strength and flexibility training and is particularly good for building core strength. It is suitable for all abilities. You do not need to book with a partner, although if you come as a pair you may be able to work together.
Acrobalance 1 is suitable for complete beginners OR those who have completed an Introduction to Acrobatics course or Circus Arts 1 Acrobatics.
