Each class includes aerial hoop conditioning, technique and a ton of badass hoop tricks. The classes are progressive so each week you will learn a different set of moves. We recommend that you have at least some upper body strength before you start.
At Level Three we lessen the time spent on conditioning and instead spend more time honing your technique. We also start sequencing tricks together so that your stamina develops as well as getting you to think about choreography.
