A high intensity cardio based interval workout to get your heart rate pumping and your muscles burning! Consists of 20 secs pushing hard and 10 secs rest with a warm up and much earned cool down.
You will need about 2m of space so you don’t bump into anything. This will be intense but your body will thank you for it afterwards. Brought to you by the amazing Jo Foley.
How to join:

- 1hr before the class you’ll receive the Zoom link via email
- Open Zoom link 15 mins before class starts
- Set up your practice with your device in front of your mat
